Welcome to Beachhouse Cadzand

The luxurious villa is located in the Landal Park Noordzee Résidence in Cadzand-Bad. Our villa was modernized in the winter of 2020/2021. The spacious plot is fully fenced (100 cm high).

The house is centrally located yet enjoys a quiet setting within the park. The swimming pool, reception, and rental facilities are just a short walk away. The beautiful North Sea beach—with its characteristic wooden pilings—is 700 meters away, while the modern town center of Cadzand-Bad is only about 1 km away.

On the ground floor, the house features a spacious, open-plan kitchen-living area equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room, which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and drinks fridge, as well as providing extra storage space; a high chair with safety straps is also available there. The large, modern TV is internet-enabled (Smart TV) and offers numerous German-language channels; Wi-Fi access is included.

The living room is comfortably and modernly furnished, featuring a corner sofa, an armchair, and a fireplace. Underfloor heating on the ground floor ensures cozy warmth.

The downstairs bedroom is equipped with new, extra-large (90 x 210) Auping beds. The bedroom also features a TV and a private, modern bathroom with a shower.

The staircase to the first floor can be secured with a stair gate if required. There are three additional bedrooms on the first floor, all equipped with TVs and Auping beds.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and an infrared sauna. A very large designer washbasin with a hairdryer completes the modern wellness bathroom.

In addition to a terrace with garden furniture and a patio heater, the large property offers two parking spaces—including an EV charging point—directly in front of the house.
